I cannot thank you enough for finding the fix for our two new boilers.
We had been struggling with them since Feb. 2018 and had a number of service calls from other companies and spent  a few grand but still had major issues. It was not until Furlong H.V.A.C. came on site and noticed the boilers were plumbed incorrectly.
There were a couple smaller adjustments as well but now both boilers are working well and kept us warm during this past long cold winter of 2025-26.

I had a heating issue shortly after moving into my new home and upon the former owners recommendation, I called them to see how quickly they could take care of it. They responded almost immediately to fix my problem, advised me it was a recall issue and was at not cost. They also followed up with an upgrade to my system. My wife and I could not be there during the repair but they took care of it without us there and I can’t speak enough as to how prompt, clean and trustworthy they are.

Responses to inquiries were prompt and they coordinated with an electrical company to have everything completed in one day. They even made adjustments to our vinyl siding to make it look like it was made to go there. A follow up call after few days after installation provided some great tips for settings.
