Needed to have an AC unit disconnected for contractor work in Lansdowne, Ontario. Phil expertly completed the work which fit perfectly within the other trades timeline. Super easy to work with, he also provided so insight into other issues during his two visits. Thanks for the great work Phil!Posted on Google
Carol LaingWhen our older furnace failed recently Phil sent Curtis to check it out within a couple of hours. A small repair didn't work: it was time to change it. Furlong got us there quickly within days! Highly recommend them and Furlong: great service from great people!Posted on Google
Kevin ShawDear Phil, I cannot thank you enough for finding the fix for our two new boilers. We had been struggling with them since Feb. 2018 and had a number of service calls from other companies and spent a few grand but still had major issues. It was not until Furlong H.V.A.C. came on site and noticed the boilers were plumbed incorrectly. There were a couple smaller adjustments as well but now both boilers are working well and kept us warm during this past long cold winter of 2025-26. Mike PrpichFurlong HVAC is simply a top notch company when it comes to heating and A/C . They are family owned and operated and have exceptional service, prompt communication and fair pricing. I had a heating issue shortly after moving into my new home and upon the former owners recommendation, I called them to see how quickly they could take care of it. They responded almost immediately to fix my problem, advised me it was a recall issue and was at not cost. They also followed up with an upgrade to my system. My wife and I could not be there during the repair but they took care of it without us there and I can’t speak enough as to how prompt, clean and trustworthy they are. Highly recommend Furlong HVAC Services.Posted on Google
Dan ZanettiWe had a heat pump installed at our cottage last week by this company. Dealing with them was simply a pleasure. Responses to inquiries were prompt and they coordinated with an electrical company to have everything completed in one day. They even made adjustments to our vinyl siding to make it look like it was made to go there. A follow up call after few days after installation provided some great tips for settings. I would highly recommended dealing with Phil.Posted on Google
Byron WoodfordWith the weekend approaching and having no hot water, Phil helped me do some initial troubleshooting over the phone before we even scheduled a service call. Great service, great people, great prices. Look no further. First time customer; I'll be back for sure.Posted on Google
